Pressure Control Performance
Observation
Corrective Actions
In closed loop the pressure does not
match the desired operating pressure
Verify the analogue input reading matches the
transducer output signal.
A steady state error may be present. Go to
H00 PID
Control
PID-A,
decrease
H02 Integ. time
. A smaller
value will reduce steady state error but may increase
overshoots.
In closed loop operation the pressure is
not stable
