49) BATTERY LEVEL #1
Alarm 0XFFAC = 68 Group #3 [M,S]:
- Cause:
This alarm occurs when the E-steering controller detects the
battery voltage is below 20 V.
- Remedy:
Check the battery voltage by means of a voltmeter and compare it
to that sensed by the E-steering (see 9.2.7, BATTERY VOLTAGE).
If they are considerably different (10 V or more), replace the
controller.
50) SIN COS OFFS ACQ
Alarm 0XFFAD = 217 Group #3 [M,S]:
- Cause:
This is an indication that the E-steering controller is in the process
of performing the feedback sensor acquisition. It does not report a
problem in the controller.
- Remedy:
Re-cycle the key.
51) BATTERY LEVEL #2
Alarm 0XFFBA = 67 Group #0 [M,S]:
- Cause:
This alarm occurs when the E-steering controller detects the
battery voltage is above 31 V.
- Remedy:
Check the battery voltage by means of a voltmeter and compare it
to that sensed by the E-steering (see 9.2.7, BATTERY VOLTAGE).
If they are considerably different (10 V or more), replace the
controller.
52) SPI ANGLE ERR.
Alarm 0XFFC7 = 199(M) 198(S) Group #0 [M,S]:
- Cause:
This alarm reports a problem with the internal feedback sensor
and/or its communication with the microcontrollers.
- Remedy:
Re-cycle the key. If the alarm persists, replace the controller.
53) SP OUT RNG. WARN.
Alarm 0XFFC8 Group #4 [M]:
- Cause:
This alarms occurs when the set point signal from the steering
handle is out of range.
Code 01 refers to signal number 1, code 02 refers to signal
number 2.
- Remedy:
Check if the set point signals are within their range by the readings
in the TESTER list (see 9.2.7). Check the wiring. If the problem
persists, replace the set point sensor.
54) ACQ ABORTED
Alarm 0XFFCA = 250 Group #3 [M,S]:
- Cause:
This alarm occurs when the auto-teaching procedure for the
feedback sensor fails.
- Remedy:
Repeat the procedure PMSM AUTOTEACH (see 9.2.5).
