12) INC FREQ2
Hertz, 0 Hz through 70 Hz. Default value is 0 Hz.
When the frequency of the steering motor is FREQMAX FOR IMAX + INC FREQ1
+ INC FREQ2, the quadrature current is limited to IQMAX2. Factory adjusted.
13) IQMAX2
Ampere, 0 A through 255 A. Default value is 30.
This parameter defines the maximum quadrature current at a motor frequency
equal to FREQMAX FOR IMAX+INC FREQ1+INC FREQ2. Also, the direct current
will be limited by the full motor voltage. Factory adjusted.
14) MAXIMUM CURRENT
Ampere, 0 A through 85 A. Default value is 50.
This setting defines the maximum current, lower or equal than the absolute
maximum current.
15) CAN BUS
This setting enables the CAN bus communication with the other controllers in the
truck.
-
PRESENT:
(Mandatory default value). The E-steering motor controller
opens a handshake communication with the other units in the
truck. Alarm CAN BUS KO in case it does not work properly.
-
ABSENT:
Communication on the CAN bus is ignored and inconsistent.
Alarm CAN BUS KO is masked.
16) MAIN CONTACTOR
This setting defines the configuration of the system with respect to the main
contactor.
-
ABSENT:
In case the E-steering motor controller is directly connected to
the positive battery terminal.
-
PRESENT:
In case the main contactor which supplies the battery voltage
(+B) to the E-steering motor controller is driven by another unit
in the truck.
-
OPTION#1:
In case the main contactor which supplies the battery voltage
(+B) to the E-steering motor controller is driven by the E-
steering controller itself.
When MAIN CONTACTOR = PRESENT, a synchronization sequence is performed
as to turn the E-steering motor controller operational after the main contactor has
been closed.
17) SP PWM FREQUENCY
Hertz, 200 Hz through 2000 Hz. Default value is 850 Hz.
This setting defines the switching frequency of the set point sensor.
18) SP ANALOG/PWM
This setting defines the type of set point sensor adopted.
-
OFF:
PWM sensor. Default setting.
- ON:
Analog
sensor.
19) MICRO CHECK:
-
ABSENT:
Master uC can drive the steering motor without the software has
