Outputting Screen Image Data

Select whether or not to print in color (ON/OFF)

(This step applies if you selected [ESC-P], [ESC-P2], [BJ], or [PCL5] in step 5.)

Press the [Color] soft key to select [ON] or [OFF].

Setting comment

Press the [Comment] soft key. A keyboard appears.

Use the keyboard to enter a comment.

For keyboard operation, see section 4.1, “Entering Values and Strings.”

Printing

Display the screen that you wish to print.

Press the START/STOP key to stop the data acquisition.

Check that the START/STOP indicator is OFF.

Press the COPY key to print the screen image.

Canceling the printing operation

Press the [Abort] soft key in the Copy setting menu.
