14. Check the Print Head connectors to ensure they are fully seated.

The connectors are not fully
seated.
1.
Ensure that the connectors are fully seated.
2.
Follow steps 22-27 of the respective Print Head
replacement procedure.
Note
Do not run DC 965 or DC 141 after closing the
respective Marking Tower Front Door.
3.
Use the Check Pages feature to print 100 frames of a
job.
Note

If the same fault occurs again, and continue with
the next step.
If the same fault does not occur again, the procedure
is complete. Run DC 965 and DC 141 prior to printing
any jobs.

The connectors are fully
seated.
Note
Before performing the next step, record which Print Head has the fault so that you
can more easily locate it at a later time.
