TReX User Manual v15.30 Firmware

Simple Multi Unit

 Alarm

 System

In this example, one TReX-460 is configured as a  

SCADA Master Device

  and two TReX-

460s are configured as 

SCADA Slave Devices

. The 

Master Device

 has two LED indicators

connected to 

Output 1 

and 

Output 2

, while both slave devices have smoke sensors connected

to  

Input 6

. The intended behaviour for this configuration is when a  

Slave Device

  detects

smoke, the corresponding indicator light connected to the 

Master Device

 should be switched

on.

A PLC configuration is not required on remote units.
