5. Assembly, Adjustment, and Disassembly

Install the arm cover.
Position the tabs on the front end and press
the arm cover into place.
Be careful that the cable and arm length
adjustment tab are not caught in the cover.

Adjust the arm length on the opposite side in
the same way.
5.3.2. Switching the left and right sides of the directional controller assembly and control
pad
The left and right side positions of the directional controller assembly and control pad can be reversed.
WARNING
Do not touch the connectors or battery connectors, allow them to become wet , or bring any
metal or other foreign objects close to them.
There is a risk of injury and of damage to the device or its parts.
Be sure to remove the battery before performing adjustment.
There is a risk of electric shock and unexpected device operation.
Do not place a load on the directional controller assembly or scratch it with a sharp object.
There is a risk that the directional controller assembly may be damaged, rendering the device
inoperable.
Do not throw, step on, or otherwise subject the removed control pad or directional controller
assembly to strong impact, and do not immerse these parts in water.
There is a risk that the switch or directional controller assembly may be damaged, rendering
the device inoperable.
Do not scratch the display or touch it with dirty hands.
There is a risk that the display information may become unreadable.
Do not disassemble the control assemblies.
Doing so may cause malfunction of the control assemblies.
Pay attention to the following while adjusting.
There is a risk of damage to the the device or its components.
• Do not shake the removed control assemblies.
• Do not press forcefully on the components.
