1.3. Location of Warning Labels
Warning labels are used on the device to point possible hazards. Labels also indicate the lock and unlock
positions of levers and keys, position adjustment methods, and other reference information for operation.
The following is an explanation of the label types and the locations where they are applied.

Do not remove the labels.

Warning labels
The following is an explanation of the warning labels used on this device.

A
Magnetic connectors are located at the device connection
between the seat assembly and rear drive base, and the
connection between the battery and rear drive base. The
magnetic field of the magnetic connectors may have an adverse
effect on electrical medical devices.
Persons who have an implanted pacemaker, implanted
defibrillator, or other electrical medical device on their bodies
must stay a minimum of 8 inches (20 cm) away from the magnetic
connectors.

The surface may be hot. Do not touch.
C
If the removed seat assembly is placed upside-down, there is
a risk that the controller knob may be damaged, rendering the
device inoperable.
When placing the seat assembly on the floor, place it with the
cushion facing up and be careful not to apply an excessive load
to the controller knob.
