8. Maintenance and Inspection
The device, the battery, and the accessories are durable devices. Failure to dispose
of waste items in accordance with laws and regulations may result in release of
substances that are harmful to the environment. This label (illustration on the left)
indicates that this device must be recycled in accordance with European Directive
2012/19/EC (WEEE Directive). In order to protect the environment, when the device
lifetime is reached, have the device collected by the local recycling center. Because
the WEEE Directive does not apply to all countries in Europe, follow the regulations
in that country when disposing of the device.
8.6. Disposal
CAUTION
When disposing of the device and its parts, be sure to follow the local disposal guidelines.
If there is anything that is unclear, consult your distributor or WHILL Customer Support.
