Procedure

Perform the procedure below to lubricate the hose reel system.

1. Disconnect electric power from the machine.

2. Apply low temperature bearing grease, with several pumps from a grease gun, 

to each bearing 

(a)

.

3. Lightly apply a low temperature lubricating oil to the chain 

(b)

.

Result

The hose reel system has now been lubricated.
