PINEAPPLE
Cut the bark, remove the bits of solid fiber and cut out

PLUMS
Wash the plums, cut in half and remove
the stone. Dry with the skin down.

minutes. Cut into 3mm circles or grate them.

PUMPKIN
Cut pumpking to halves or quarters, remove the seeds
and bake or cook in the steam. Then peel the skin and
