The display displays the “
” icon and
“You Got E-Mail”.
The right
side of the icon indicates the numbers of the unread mails. If the
numbers of unread mails are under 9, it will be displayed as numbers 1-
9. If they are over 10, it will be displayed as

Note:
•
If the phone fails to connect to the email center,
“Transmission
Disconnected”
will be displayed.
•
If the phone fails to receive emails;
“E-Mail in Center, Press to connect
to the Center”
will be displayed.
•
During reception, if the phone is switched to a non-public standby mode, the
connection will be interrupted and
“E-Mail in Center”
will be displayed on
the screen.
•
If the mail is too big, the phone will automatically receive the allowable
limit of the mail. After receiving, the mail will be deleted from the email
center.
•
If the mailbox is full when the phone is receiving emails, the new emails
will automatically replace the old read but unprotected mails. If it still
exceeds the mailbox limit,
“In Box Full, E-Mail in Center”
will be
displayed. Please delete emails you do not need and receive emails
manually. For more detailed information please refer to section
“Receiving
Emails Individually”

Note:
•
When you turn on or turn off the power,
“In Box Full, E-Mail in Center”
will be displayed if the In Box is full while the phone is receiving emails
automatically. Attempt several times and this information will disappear.
Power off and then power on, this information will appear on the screen
again.
•
After the phone connects to the email center and finishes receiving emails,
“Auto Email”
will be recorded in
“Dialed Record”.
This record will not
display the number and is only used to notify the user. You cannot dial it out
to the email center.
•
The total limit for In Box and Free Box is 200K bytes. When they are full
(all emails there are protected or unread), the phone may not be able to
receive new mails. Please delete some mails in Free Box and attempt the
reception again.
