If you have not set date and time, 

“Schedule”

 is grayed out and cannot 

be selected. To set the date and the time, please refer to section 

“Setting 

the Time”

You cannot set schedules for past dates. 

 

3.10.1 

Setting a Schedule 

1. Press   

 

, to display 

“Schedule”

 menu. 

2. Press 

 to select 

“1 New”

, to display the current month calendar. 

• 

If the phone has 40 saved schedules, 

“1 New”

 will be grayed out and 

cannot be selected. The cursor will move to 

“2 Edit”

 

• 

If a date has been set a scheduled activity, it will be displayed with a 
gray circle. If it is also set as an anniversary day, the date will have a 
gray background with a frame outside. 

• 

Press 

 to display the next month calendar; press 

 to display the 

previous month calendar. 

3. Press 

 to select the date   press 

• 

If the selected date already has other schedule set, the schedule list will 
be displayed   press 

 to enter editing screen. 

• 

After the phone automatically enters the preset date, the cursor will 
move to 

“Time”.

 

• 

To edit date, please press 

 to move to 

“Date”

 and edit it. 

4.  Enter the time (24-hour mode).

When completed, the cursor will automatically move to 

“Message”.
