4. Enter the transceiver’s number press , to display “Transferring”, which
means that the phone is transferring data.

The number of selected data and the number of transferring data will be
indicated on the right side of the screen.
•
“End Transfer” will be displayed once the transferring is complete.
10.5 Transferring Bookmarks
•
To use bookmark transfer function, you need to set the phone in a group and switch
to
“Transfer” mode.
10.5.1 Transferring a selected Bookmark
1. Press , to display “Transfer” .
•
If there is no phone book data or if the phone is not under “Transfer” mode, all
the items are grayed out and cannot be selected.
2. Press to select “B.Mark/Appo.”, the bookmark menu is displayed.
3. Press to enter “Name Search” press to display bookmark data.
4. Press to select the data you want to transfer press to confirm. The
selected data will have a “ √ ” in the frame.

To select several data, please press to repeat this step.

To cancel the selection, please press again.
5. Press , to display “Bookmark Tras.” screen.
•
Press to select the same group, which you and the receiver are in.
6. Press to display “Transceiver No.” input screen.
7. Enter the transceiver’s number press , to display “Transferring”, which
means the phone is transferring data.
