10.4 Transferring a Phone Book
•
To use
“Transfer”
feature, you need to set a group and then switch to
“Transfer”
standby mode.
•
Send and receive data includes the following information:

Name
16 characters or 32 alphanumeric characters
Phone number 32 numeric characters
Phone Type
Regular phone, PHS, GSM, pager, fax, 3G, office, none
Email address 64 English characters
Type
0~8 (except for secret phone number)

Transferring select Phone Book data
•
Select the phone book you want to transfer and follow the steps below:
1. Press
, to display the
“Transfer”
screen.
•
If there is no phone book data or if the phone is not under
“Transfer”
mode, all
the items are grayed out and cannot be selected.
2. Press
to select
“PhoneB.Appo”;
the phone book menu is displayed.
•
“New”, “Favorite Call”, “Secret”, “Editing Data” and “Delete All”
are
grayed out and cannot be selected.
3. Press
to enter
“Name Search”
press
to display the data.
4. Press
to select the data you want to transfer press
to confirm it. The
selected data will have a
“
√
”
in the frame.
•
To select several data, please press
and repeat this step.
•
To cancel the selection, please press
again.
5. Press

“PhoneBook Tras.”
screen is displayed press
to select the group
number you and the receiver belong to.
6. Press

“Transceiver No.”
input screen.
7. Enter the transceiver number press

“Transferring”
. The phone
begins to transfer the selected phone book data.

The number of selected data and the number of transferring data will be
indicated on the right side of the screen.
•
“End Transfer”
will be displayed once the transferring is complete.
