Troubleshooting

12-39

Remove the jammed paper.

If the paper tears, remove every loose scrap from
inside the machine.

Close the relay unit cover and push the bridge unit
all the way back in.

Close the front cover.

Document Finisher

If a paper jam occurs in the optional document finisher, follow the steps below to remove the jam.

Coupling Section

Open the front cover 1.

Open conveyor guide (D1) and remove the jammed
paper.

Close the conveyor guide (D1) and front cover 1.
