Indicates the status of each interrupt source. There is an interrupt request when it is 0, and no
interrupt request when it is 1. Please note that a suffix number of interrupt status indicates an
interrupt number. For example, the interrupt status[0] corresponds with the INT[1] of external
interrupt.
