Strata DK PC Attendant Console 5/00

Directory Settings

Use Directory Settings to change the Directory Display. You can change how the
names and numbers appear in each column. (For example, last name first, followed by
the first name and PDN.)

To change the directory display columns

1. From the Menu Bar,

select Directory.
Then select Settings.

2. For each column,

open the drop down
box and choose one:

First
First Last
Last
Last, First
PDN

Columns 2 and 3 can be left blank.

3. Enter a column

width.
