Send UDP packets.

addr The destination IP address. REQUIRED
count A number between 1 (default) and 1000000.
Represents the number of UDP packets to send. OPTIONAL
size A number between 1 (default) and 20000 (bytes).
Represents the size of the ping packet(s). OPTIONAL
interval A number between 100 (default) and 10000000 (milliseconds).
Represents the intermediate interval between two sent UDP packets. OPTIONAL
listen Listen for incoming UDP packets (on) or only send UDP packets (off).
