solution of reserpine.

b. Select the Inject option button to inject the reserpine solution into

the APCI source. Then, observe the Spectrum view.

c. Wait 1 min before the next injection.

Stop

in the Acquire Data dialog box to end the data acquisition.

Review the mass spectrum and chromatogram in the raw file you just
acquired using the Xcalibur Qual Browser window. See
