10. Transfer 100

tube.
11. Add 900

L of 1% acetic acid in 50:50 methanol:water to the tube.

13. Transfer 100

L solution into a clean polypropylene
tube.
14. Add 300

L of 1% acetic acid in 50:50 methanol:water to the tube.
