Accela 600 Pump and Accela 1250 Pump Inlet Tubing Kit
The Accela 600 (and 1250) Pump Inlet Tubing Kit (P/N 60157-62008) contains four
preassembled solvent reservoir lines. Use this kit for both the Accela 600 Pump and the
Accela 1250 Pump.
Each solvent reservoir line consists of a 1.8 m (6 ft) length of 0.0625 in. ID × 1/8 in. OD FEP
tubing with a color-coded Super Flangeless fitting at one end and a 20 μm particle size,
stainless steel filter at the other end.
Compression Fittings for High-Pressure Connections
Table 30 lists the fittings used to connect the high-pressure solvent line between the pump
and the autosampler.

Table 31 lists the tools that you must have to perform maintenance on the pump.
Note
An earlier version of the Accela 600 Pump Inlet Tubing Kit contained four
preassembled solvent reservoir lines. Each solvent line consisted of a 3 m length of
0.0625 in. ID × 1/8 in. OD, FEP tubing with a 1/4-28 PEEK flangeless fitting at one end
and a 20 μm particle size, stainless steel filter at the other end.
