Capillary O-Ring Replacement

Thermo Scientific

Replace capillary and reassemble in reverse order.

Note

Fitting arrangements, number of capillaries and capillary sizes will

vary per instrument configuration.

Use the following procedure to replace the capillary o-rings.

Equipment required:

O-ring pick tool

Using a metal o-ring pick tool, remove the o-ring.

Note

Be careful in not damaging the o-ring walls during this process Refer

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover
