To set an independent frequency offset for the Jitter Clock Output:

Setting the Jitter Frequency and Amplitude
The generated jitter is a sinusoidal modulation of the nominal line or
clock rate. Refer to the Modulation Range specifications for details
about jitter/wander generation capability. To set the modulation
frequency:

Select USER DEFINED to specify a jitter frequency different
from the predefined choices. Use these choices: Course – to
adjust most significant digit or change decade scale; Medium – to
adjust second digit; Fine – to adjust third digit.
NOTE
. To generate jitter, set the Jitter Frequency to 10 Hz or greater.
To generate wander, set the Jitter Frequency to less than 10 Hz.
