Thompson reference receiver boundary limits.
2.50 Gb/s frequency response boundary limits are derived by simply
scaling all frequency values by 2X as described in IEEE 802.3z section
38.6.5 (this section refers to ITU G.957 for tolerances). For conve-
nience, the scalar frequency response of the output amplitude (for
sinusoidal swept optical input) has been interpreted from the
Bessel-Thompson transfer function and listed below:
