Minimum PWM
As minimum PWM is attained, it is represented with a flat spot on the
Turn Compensation graph. Indicating implement speed is too slow,
and several e-ChemSaver Solenoids are operating at the minimum
PWM, not allowing compensation for the turn rate.

If conditions allow, increase speed, or disable a smaller droplet size to
force a higher PWM.
