Countermeasures for not being able to view Help Menus (WinHelp format)
For applications such as this the Help Menu is not in HTML, but in an older format
called "WinHelp" and hence cannot be viewed under normal conditions. To deal with
this, please go to the Microsoft Web Site at: (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/
kb/917607/) to download the necessary program (WinHlp32.exe) to enable viewing.
When trying to open the Help Menu using Vista the following window will appear: From
there it is possible to connect to the Microsoft site. To download [WinHlp32.exe], please
