Inspect the luer hose for ruptures. Discard the
hose if in any doubt about it's condition.

Instrument will require reprocessing.

Squeeze both release buttons on the body of
the instrument then pull the body away from the
basket lugs.

Pull the instrument up and away from the
basket.

Repeat the procedure above to remove all instruments from the basket.

The Xi Multi Basket

The Xi Multi Basket is designed for use ONLY
with da Vinci EndoWrist Xi robotic instruments.
NO other types of instruments should be used
with this basket. The basket total capacity is
four Xi non- stapler instruments and two Xi
stapler instruments.
