Decontamination for Transportation

IMPORTANT

A full decontamination MUST be done when shipping equipment to supplier
for any reason, including returns for repair or servicing. If a completed
Decontamination Certificate is not visible on outside of shipping crate, courier
and/or supplier CAN REFUSE to accept item(s).

It is strongly recommended that the sonic irrigator is fully decontaminated before
any actions to move or

transport

the equipment.

The procedures for

decontamination are described in

Performing a Weekly Full Decontamination

Performing a Full Decontamination After Standing Idle

If preparing the equipment for shipping to the supplier or a suppliers agent, fill out a

Decontamination Certificate
