The Standard Basket

The standard basket has 20 flush ports, located
on the two short sides of the basket. The flush
ports provide lumen flushing for cannulated
instruments.

The standard basket can be used to process instruments of the following types:

l

General surgical instruments

l

Cannulated (lumened) instruments

The standard basket can be loaded with a mix of general and cannulated
instruments. It is recommended that general instruments are loaded first, and
cannulated instruments are connected after general instrument loading.

IMPORTANT

The standard basket should NOT be used in combination with other basket
types when a minimum irrigation pressure is required by the wash program.
