The Function of the Carrier

The carrier holds three instrument baskets, and
raises them out of, and lowers them into the
tank. In order to load instruments into the
baskets, the carrier must be raised, and the
baskets then released and removed from the
carrier.

Tapping the

LOAD

foot pedal enables carrier

movement.

Carrier

movement

cannot

be

enabled during a wash cycle or when the
display is the supervisor menu mode.

The raising and lowering of the carrier can be performed using either the foot pedal
or the touchscreen display. The carrier has set positions for the removal and
docking of each basket. When raising or lowering the carrier, the carrier can move
automatically to a level for the next basket to be loaded or unloaded.
