1-18. Memory Card
The memory card can be used to save and read the setup menu, and update internal software from the
maintenance mode.

Other than the above, flash memory cards available separately can be used. (conforming to 5 V single
power supply JEIDA/PCMCIA, Fujitsu or AMD type, etc.)
Connecting the Memory Card Box
1.
Turn the power off.

Always turn off the power supply of the unit when connecting/disconnecting the memory card box.
If the power is left ON, the memory card box and or memory card may damage.
2.
Remove the upper frame. (Refer to Section 1-6-3.)
3.
Connect the CN-1936 board to the connector (CN1) on the SY-259A board.
4.
Connect the Memory card box (CDS-20 assembly) to the CN-1936 board.
5.
Turn the power on.
