1-6-2. Battery Sub Panel

The unit is equipped with shielding springs which have sharp edges.
Do not touch them with bare hands. Pay careful attention when servicing.
1.
Loosen the four screws indicated by the marked arrow fully.

Each screw is held by a stop washer. Do not separate the washer from the screw when loosening.

Disconnect the two connectors (CN2, CN3) on the CN-1662 board.
3.
Install the battery sub panel in the reverse order of removal.

When installing, pay attention to the following.

Route portion A so that the harness (A) does not touch the board lever.

Pull harnesses (A) and (B) in the direction indicated by the arrow so that they do not touch portion B.
(The harnesses may be caught between the board lever or portion B and the battery sub-panel when
they touch the board lever or portion B.)
After the battery sub-panel is installed, confirm that the harness (B) does not touch the blade of the
fan motor when viewed from the clearance of the rear panel.
