Install the switching regulator adjustment

fixture.

See section 9-1-1.

Step 2.
Remove the two screws securing the VV-01 hoard as follows.

Connect the connectors CN921. 922. 923.926.927.928

and 929 of

the extension

cahle assy to the connector

panel of the power

unit.

the connectors CN20L 202 and 203 connecting

the

VV-Ol hoard

and the other

hoards

and

also remove

the

connectors CN 102. 104 and 106 connecting the FY-01 hoard and
the other hoards

hecause the leads of CN 102. 104 and 106

ohstruct the

vv-o

1 hoard removal.

After pulling the VV-Ol hoard from the power unit turn the VV-
01 hoard 180

and insert it into the guide rail of the hoard fixture

and fix it with the hoard holder.

Connect

the connectors

CN102. 104. 106. 201. 202 and 203

removed at step 4 to the proper positions on the FY-Ol and VV-

01 hoards.

Connect the connectors

CN924 and 925 of the extension cable

assy to the corresponding

connectors

on the VV-O1 hoard.

Turn on the power and perform the VY-Ol hoard operation
check and adjustment.

The work must he performed in a short

time.

Step 8.

After performing

the operation check and adjustment

turn the

power off and disconnect

the power cord.

After passing five minutes or more. reinstall the Y-Y-Olboard to
the power unit in reverse order of the ahove steps.
