The display attached to the bypass control
functions as an indicator for status mes-
sages. It provides current information on the
pressure conditions in the system.
The cursor keys as well as the
ESC
key and
the
OK
key are not used for program inputs
or changes by the user.
Changes to the bypass control are typically
not necessary and should be made only
for special applications by SKF application
specialists.
If these keys are accidentally pressed, press
the « » cursor key and then the «ESC»
key.
You will then return to the previous screen.
3.5.4.2 Information display and operation
The bypass valve is controlled independently
and without affecting the MQL system’s
control unit.
If a ball valve (UFZ.U00-128, Chapter 15,
“Accessories”) is used as the bypass valve,
it is pilot-operated with a dedicated pneu-
matic supply line.
In de-energized state, outlet 2 is pressur-
ized, leading to closure of the directional ball
valve.
Do not press the cursor keys or OK key.
Press the ESC key only in conjunction
with the «
» key.
