Unbalance Protection
Unbalance Protection
The extent of the phase unbalance can be monitored and transmitted to the control system.
A definable and delayable response can be tripped when an adjustable level is exceeded. If
the phase unbalance is greater than 50 %, a reduction of the tripping time according to the
overload characteristic curve takes place automatically since the heat development in motors
increases with asymmetric conditions.
Level (CiR)
The limit of the unbalance to which SIMOCODE pro is to react when overshot is set here.
Level:
0 to 100 %
Preset:
40 %

Delay (CiR)
The unbalance limit must be exceeded for the period of the set delay time before
SIMOCODE pro executes the desired response. Otherwise, there is no reaction.
Delay:
0 up to 25.5 s
Preset:
0.5 s
