Status LEDs
The LEDs on the operator panel indicate the status of the device and/or the controlled
switching devices. The meaning of the various LEDs is shown in the following table:

Shows a steady orange light if
the ATC6500
transfer control device is in test
mode. (For more information,
refer to chapter Operating mode
(Page 139))
Does not light if the ATC6500 transfer
control device
is in the manual or OFF or automatic
mode.
Flashes orange if the ATC
is connected via communi-
cation and test mode is
active.

AUT
Shows a steady orange light if
the ATC6500
transfer control device is in auto-
matic
mode. (For more information,
refer to chapter Operating mode
(Page 139))
Does not light if the ATC6500 transfer
control device
is in the manual or OFF or test mode.
Flashes orange if the ATC
is connected via communi-
cation and automatic mode
is active.

Shows a steady orange light if
the ATC6500
transfer control device is in man-
ual
mode.
Does not light if the ATC6500 transfer
control device
is in the automatic, OFF or test mode.
Flashes orange if the ATC

Shows a steady orange light if
the ATC6500
transfer control device is in OFF
mode.

Shows a steady orange light if
the switching
device of Source 2 is closed.
Does not light if the breaker of Source
2 is not closed.
Flashes orange if there is a
discrepancy between the
desired status of the
ATC6500 transfer control
device and the actual status
detected from the feedback
signal.

Shows a steady green light if the
voltage and frequency are within
the defined thresholds.
Does not light up if the voltage and
frequency are outside the defined
thresholds.
Flashes green until the
voltage is back within the
defined thresholds.
16 Source 1
available
Shows a steady green light if the
voltage and frequency are within
the defined thresholds.
Does not light up if the voltage and
frequency are outside the defined
thresholds.
Flashes green until the
voltage is back within the
defined thresholds.
19 Source 1
closed
(BRK 1)
Shows a steady orange light if
the switching
device of Source 1 is closed.
Does not light if the breaker of Source
1 is not closed.
Flashes orange if there is a
discrepancy between the
desired status of the
ATC6500 transfer control
device and the actual status
detected from the feedback
signal.
