TIME
Stabilization of the synchronization
– If the conditions of parameters P08.15, P08.16 and P08.17 are
fulfilled, this parameter defines the time after which the synchro-
nous sources are considered to be stable.

P08.19 MAX. TIME
SYNC.
Maximum duration of the process for synchronizing the sources
– This parameter defines how long the ATC waits for synchro-
nism of the sources.
If the two sources are considered to be asynchronous after this
time (P08.15, P08.16, P08.17 and P08.18), the transfer takes
place without IN-PHASE transition.

IN-PH
Enable IN-PHASE transition
– This parameter can be used to define whether IN-PHASE tran-
sition is only possible subject to a condition.
OFF = IN-PHASE transition is possible if enabled under P08.14
Every other setting = IN-PHASE transition is only possible if the
corresponding variable is enabled.
P08.14 must be set to SEL for this purpose.

P08.26 CHANNEL NO. Function index (x)
– Index that is assigned to the function programmed in the previ-
ous parameter.

1)
OBP (Open Before Presence) - In the automatic mode the open command of a circuit breaker is generated (when the
source concerned goes beyond limits) regardless of the status of the alternative source. As a consequence, the priority
source is switched off even if the alternative source is not available.
2)
OAP (Open After Presence) - In the automatic mode the open command of a breaker is only sent after the alternative
source is present within limits.
3)
EJP = Two programmable inputs are used, which can be configured with the functions Remote start load off and Re-
mote changeover. When the starting input closes, the motor start/delay (P08.11) is enabled, after which the start cycle
runs. Subsequently, when the remote switching go-ahead is received, the load is transferred from the mains to the gen-
erator, if the generator has been started properly. The load is restored to the mains by the remote switching go-ahead
opening and the gen-set runs the stop cycle when the start input opens. The EJP function is only enabled if the system
is in the automatic mode. The safety devices and alarms function as usual.
4)
EJP/T = The EJP/T function is a simplified version of the EJP/function described above, in which the motor start is
controlled in the same way, but a timer switches the load instead of an external signal. This function therefore only uses
one digital input, the starting input. The delay time for switching starts from when the start command closes, and can be
set by means of the parameter P08.12.
5)
SCR = The SCR function is similar to the EJP function. In this operating mode, the starting input enables the generator
start as in the EJP function, but without waiting for start/delay time P08.11. The remote switching input still has a switch-
ing go-ahead function after changeover delay P08.12.
