priority is greater than the event log cutoff value, the associated event is recorded in
the meter’s event log. If the alarm’s priority is set to
None
, the event priority is
automatically set to zero, and no associated event is logged in the meter’s event log.
For events that you want to log for future reference or troubleshooting, but don’t want
alarm functions, set the alarm priority to
Info Only
.
For nuisance events that frequently occur and you have no desire to log for reference
or troubleshooting, set the alarm priority to
None
.

Alarm indicators
Your meter’s display has an alarm indicator to show you what alarm levels have been
detected (active or historic) and whether they have been acknowledged.
For active high priority alarms, the meter’s display will also flash until the alarm is
acknowledged. There is also an alarm LED to indicate the meter’s alarm condition.

To stop an alarm from being displayed without impacting other metering
features, set the alarm priority to
Info Only
