7. NO RESPONSE FOR TOUCHING

When the main unit is pressed strongly or a considerable pressure is applied to the sensor section, the sensor correction process is performed.
During this process (for several tens of seconds), the touch panel does not respond to any operation.
Any problem with the USB cable?
Replace the USB cable.
Is it connected to the USB port of the PC
or to a self-powered USB hub?
Connect it to the USB port of the PC or to
a self-powered USB hub.
Are the drivers installed? (Check to confirm
that "NextWindow 2500 Drivers" are installed
on the program and function menu of the
control panel.)
Install the drivers.
Is the OS Windows7?
Check the "Pen and Touch" on the control
panel Is "Finger is used as an input device."
in the touch tab checked?
Put a check mark.
Is "Touch enable" in the "User Touch
Environment Setting" of "RSCU" checked?
Put a check mark.
Is "NextWindow Low Rider Touch Screen"
displayed in "Human Interface Devices"
of the device manager?
(Open the back cabinet.)
Are the control PWB, the USB cable, and
the FFC cable properly connected?
Connect the USB cable and the FFC cable
properly.
Replace the touch panel (protection glass
with the camera, control PWB).

" 8. THE TOUCH POSITION IS SHIFTED".
