(nnnn : Serial number of a touch panel, yyyymmdd : date)
The number of times of saving the result to the controller boards has an
upper limit.
If the result isn’t saved, the following error message is displayed.
In this case, please reset as following.

(7) RESET OPERATION OF THE CONTROLLER
BOARDS
If “Setting write failed” window is displayed in Finalise, the reset opera-
tion is necessary.
1 ) Write down the serial number displayed at the left top of the
screen. Next, select [File] - [Save as] from the menu bar.
Save data as file name “nnnnnnn.v551” (nnnnnnn is the serial
number).
2 ) Enter [L] key of the key board to the command line input area at the
bottom of the screen and press [Enter] key.
3 ) Disconnect USB cable and connect it again.
4 ) “Enter New Serial Number” window is displayed, then input serial
number from the keyboard.
Input it in “2500- and 7 digits serial number” format like as “2500-
nnnnnnn”.
5 ) Select [File] - [Open] from the menu bar.
A file selection window is displayed, then open “nnnnnnn.v551”
(nnnnnnn is the serial number) file saved in Step1.
After all above step are done, inspect again from “PixelMap”.
10 - 3. WAVEFORM OF THE AMOUNT
OF LIGHT
After the inspection is done, the waveform normally becomes like as
above.
Red waveform is camera unit 1s’. Camera unit 1 is installed at the left
top of the screen.

left. X axis of the graph means the line connected these 2 sides.
Similarly, blue waveform is camera unit 2s’. Camera unit 2 senses the
area of top left

Generally, the lowest light position (around X=180 in above graph) cor-
responds to left/right bottom of the screen. A touch panel unit amplifies
the sensor information, and if “Y > 50”, touching can be detected nor-
mally.
(The “Y < 25” area is displayed in gray in the graph, but it doesn’t mean
the border line.)
If an amount of light is much lower than above graph in any point, the
reflection frame corresponding to the point might be dirty.
When the serial number is "1275",
Input "2500-0001275".
