Meaning
EcoGrid fault
Cause, for example, loss of communications with Econamic
Grid switcher or Econamic Grid meter during an Econamic Grid
charge or discharge.
EcoGrid charging
The system is no longer using generation and house consump-
tion for regulation, but the specifications of the Econamic Grid
server.
EcoGrid passive
The system has received a switching signal from the Econam-
ic Grid server and is now running the change-over to/from the
Econamic Grid meter.
Self consumption
PV generation is covering current consumption, the system is be-
ing neither charged nor discharged.
Discharge
Normal operating status.
First charge
First charge after initialisation.
Fault: Charging device
There is a problem with the SENEC.Inverter. Possible causes:
•
battery isolating switch switched off
•
mains connection fault
battery modules are not supplying any energy. Causes:
•
modules are not switched on at the relevant switch
•
incorrect master/slave setting on the modules
•
faulty cabling of the modules with each other and/or to the sys-
tem
problems in communication (cold soldered joint on MCU/SENEC.
Inverter or faulty cable)
SENEC.Inverter hardware fault
Power flow direction sensor fault
There is a problem in communications with one or several power
flow direction sensors. Causes:
•
power flow direction sensor 2/3 selected in the wizard, al-
though no such sensor fitted
•
incorrect power flow direction sensor selected
•
faulty bus installation
Fault: Grid connection protection
General, unknown fault present at the mains connection prevent-
ing connection to a supply network.
