For a possible dismounting of the system, e.g. if it has to be moved
to another location or prepared for disposal, note and observe the fol-
lowing steps:
y
Turn the main switch to position
"OFF"

Disconnect the power supply.
y
Loosen and remove the hose clip for the exhaust air con-
nection of the system.
y
Remove the hose from the exhaust socket.
y
Disconnect all connected peripheral devices (USB, net-
work, SMEMA, ...).
y
Now, you can remove the system from the production
location.
Dismounting, storage and preservation
To prepare the system for vacation time or for short-term out-of-opera-
tion periods, please observe the following:
y
Turn the system off with the main switch.
y
Clean the system as described in chapter "9.0 Mainte-
nance".
Short-term out-of-
operation
If you are not operating the system for a prolonged period, please note
the following:
y
Clean the system as described in chapter "9.0 Mainte-
nance".
y
Store the system at a dry and dust free location.
y
No other preservation methods are required for the stor-
age.

Dismounting
For erecting the system at another location, please read
the section “Set up soldering system” and "Connect sol-
dering system" in this chapter.
For disposal of the system please refer to the section
"Disposal" in chapter "2.0 Safety instructions".
