WARNING
Danger of injuries due to high temperatures
Single components can reach a temperature up to500°C during
operation.
y
Conduct any service or maintenance work not before sy-
stem has cooled down.
WARNING
Danger of injuries due to electricity / rotating fans
y
Before beginning any service or maintenance work the
oven must be switched off according to the instruction and
seperated from power supply by disconnecting the power
line.
y
Place the soldering system in a way so that you have ac-
cess to the mounting plates underneath inlet and outlet.
y
Loosen and remove the 3 outer lens head screws M4x10
ISO 7380 with a 2,5 mm socket wrench. Hold the plate so
that it doesn't swing up uncontrolled.
y
Open the mounting plate slowly.
As well as in standard revision with power supply 400VAC/N/PE the
oven electronics with power feed, voltage preparation and controller
RO-R2 are mounted on a mounting plate underneath the inlet zone,
easy accessible for service purposes. The revision for the connection
to 220V grids in triangle circuit are equipped with additional fuses
which are mounted on the mounting plate underneath the outlet zone.
In case of breakage of a component or fuse the mounting plates can
be opened by loosening the 3 holding screws as described before.
Check and exchange fuses
Option power supply 220V in triangle circuit
Revisions with optional earth leakage breaker are equipped with the
integrated fuse F2. This automatic fuse can be found on the rear side
of the oven nearby the power line.
