5.0 Transport and setting up
Transport 551.19 \ 12.2015 \
System setup The soldering system 551.19 is delivered largely pre-assembled.
On the installation site, you need to perform only a few connection
works:
y
Place the soldering system at the place of production and
align it with the help of the machine feet. Make sure that
the system is fixed and does not jiggle (see below).
NOTICE
Risk of breakage because of high weight
The soldering oven 551.19 with base cabinet has a weight of
about
450 kg .
y
Ensure that the location of the control system is designed
for the weight.
System 551.19 setup and alignment
y
Move the soldering system 551.19 on the transport pallet
to the final place of production with an appropriate means
of transport, such as hand lift or fork truck.
y
Remove the four securing screws M10x70, which are
screwed from underneath through the transport pallet.
y
Place the transport pallet with the soldering oven on the
floor.
y
Lift the soldering system with suitable lifting gear (eg hand
lift or fork truck) from the pallet.
Now screw the supplied feet from below into the eight
screw sockets at the base cabinet the soldering oven.
