(only 551.19)

fans which generate air circulation

inside the oven to avoid heat accumulation. The fans are mounted on flange plates

which are fixed in the bottom tray. In case of breakdown the fans can be dismounted

and exchanged by loosening the 4 mounting screws incl. flange plate and connecting

cable.
