Safety notes for maintenance and service
WARNING
Risk of injuries due to missing safety devices

Never dismount or suspend any safety devices..
If the removal of safety devices is necessary for maintenance or serv-
ice work
y
set the system out of operation according to the instruc-
tions and under observance of all warning notes in this
manual
y
and secure the system against unintended restart.
y
Immediately after finishing the maintenance or service
work install the safety devices again and check them for
function.
Dismounting of
safety devices
Observe the maintenance cycles mentioned in this manual.
CAUTION
Crushing hazard

Don't grasp in the oven while opening or closing the hood.
y
When working with opened hood make sure that the hood
rest is snapped and so the hood is protected against unin-
tended lowering.
CAUTION
Risk of burns due to operating temperatures
The assembly groups of the system reach operating tempera-
tures which can cause burns.
y
Don't process any work at these parts before they have
cooled down .
WARNING
Risk of injuries due to high weight
The soldering oven 551.10 / .15 has a weight of approx. 175 kg .
The soldering oven 551.19 with base cabinet has a weight of
about
450 kg .
