The maximum output frequency, upper limit frequency and lower limit frequency should be set cautiously according
to nameplate parameter and running condition of controlled motor, or there would be damage to the equipment.
2.
Upper limit frequency has valid restriction is to jog running, while lower limit frequency has no restriction to jog
running.
3.
Apart from upper limit frequency and lower limit frequency, the output frequency of running VFD is also restricted by
parameters like start frequency, stop DC braking start frequency, hopping frequency.
4.
The maximum output frequency, upper limit frequency and lower limit frequency have relations as showed in figure
F0-1, please notice the numerical value order when setting.
5.
Upper limit and lower limit of frequency are used to restrict actual output frequency value of motor. If the set value is
higher than upper limit, it runs in upper limit frequency; if the set value is lower than the lower limit, it runs in lower
limit frequency (the running condition when set frequency lower than lower limit is also relevant to function code F1.31
setting); if set frequency is lower than start frequency, it starts in zero frequency.
