Register License
Displays the current license information for the SAM4POS station. All terminals require a valid
license to operate properly or to restore a database file. Be aware that there is a limitation of 25
transactions per day without a current annual license.
If needed, the license for the SAM4POS terminal can be loaded or updated. Contact your local dealer
to obtain a license a license for the terminal.
License Registration
To manually register the license for the SAM4POS terminal. You can press the on the title bar
for details.
Note:
Be sure to set the terminal to the proper date and time prior to license registration.
Please perform the following:
1.
Unzip and Save the
license file
you received to the root of a USB stick.
2.
Insert the USB stick into SAM4POS terminal.
3.
Sign on to the SAM4POS;
(the default sign on is: [1] [ENTER])
4.
Select the
Program Mode
.
5.
Press
SYSTEM
from the main program mode menu screen.
6.
Select;
Register License
from the System menu selections.
7.
Press
License Registration
.
8.
Choose the correct SAM4POS license file. The license file will load automatically when selected.
9.
When the license registration is complete, the Success message will display briefly.
10.
You will need to complete this operation at each SAM4POS station.
