DEVICE
Device programming is where all the individual peripheral devices used on the
SAM4POS system are configured and mapped (routed) to the all the stations in the
system. The peripheral devises available for use on the SAM4POS are
Printer,
Scanner, Line Display, Scale, EFT, Coin Dispenser, Liquor Dispenser, Kitchen Video,
and Text Inserter.
Other programming areas include: KP Group programming, Card Read Format settings
and the EFT Operation menu is accessed from here as well.
Note:
Device Mapping and KP Group programming changed in v1.0.80 and later, be sure to refer to
the appropriate programming for your specific version.

Select
DEVICE
from the
PROGRAM MODE
main menu selection screen.

The
DEVICE
menu selection dialog displays; touch the program area you wish to edit from the menu
selections.
Note: MSR setting is only available on the SAP-4800II, refer to “MSR Setting” on page 240 for
details.
